Restaurant Review – The Theodore

Before I stepped foot in the Theodore, Tim Byres’ new restaurant at NorthPark Center, I had heard things. A lamb bone sticking out of a meat pie. A cocktail with half an inch of champagne foam. “He’s putting things together you wouldn’t think would go together,” a friend in the food world said of Byres, who’s behind the food, though executive chef Scott Romano is in the kitchen.
